Not writing comments actualy.Secon time i have used deliveroo to order some food.Food has arrived so small amount typaly more items inside tried to contact live help and i only got help following answer : write a rewiev to a bussines that i ordered from and that will be help for them...I think somebody need to help deliveroo..Last order,first comment,last comment.

The offers are not working. First delivery and 20 AED discount, use with the code in the check out. Surprise! There is nothing on check out. Amazon prime member so free upgrade to deliveroo plus? Spent my valuable time to subscribe and no change at my status. Also your customer support is one of the worst I have experienced. Leaving you forever, thankfully you have some competitors here.

When you complain about an order, they send an automatic message as "your feedback is very important for us" bla bla and don't do anything about it. I'm still waiting to be paid back for a missing hamburger...
